Note that every author may submit and appear as co-author in several abstracts but ONLY WILL BE ABLE TO PRESENT TWO ABSTRACTS. That means that every registered person can present only TWO Oral or Poster presentations. Presenting authors whose abstract have been accepted must register for the Congress. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the Congress Programme.
A maximum of 20 participants will be invited. Priority will be given to those who have registered first. An adequate level of English is required to be able to properly follow the content of the course. There is limited availability, to book your course send email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Only registered participants gain access to the conference area. In order to have access to the conference area, you should always wear the official badge that will be given to you during the registration process upon your arrival. This badge will allow you to have access to the conference rooms, lunches, coffee and cocktail areas, etc. However, accompanying persons can join the daily buffet lunches. Individual tickets for an accompanying person will be sold at the hospitality desk during the conference.

Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank receipt copies to KumGroup via e-mail email@example.com , confirmation will be sent accordingly. Please deposit the total fees with your name and address and send completed registration forms together to KumGroup firstname.lastname@example.org with bank receipt copies.
No refunds will be made for no-shows, late c/in or early c/out. All refunds should be made in written by e-mail email@example.com or by fax (+90322 244 1012) to the congress secretariat.
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
First please fill in the Registration Form/ Personal Data Form and continue to registration by choosing the registration fee. Please note that the Online is only accessible with a password. Simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you.
How To Register
Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive a confirmation from the Conference Secretariat within three working days.

Methods Of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit Card
For payment by credit card please use the Online Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.
2. Bank Transfer
Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by December 15, 2021. After this date, only payments by credit cards will be accepted by using the Online Payment System. On-site registration will be accepted as cash only.
All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays the charges of their bank if any.
Terms & Conditions:
- Items and activities not availed by the delegate will not be reimbursed.
- Registration fees vary according to the payment date.
- Registration cannot be confirmed without payment.
- If the payment is made after the deadline of the selected period, the registration fee for the following period will apply and the difference will be invoiced for immediate payment.
- Upon successful payment, an automated receipt and confirmation of your registration will be sent via email.
- Delegates without proof of payment will not be allowed access to the event.
*E-session is generally reserved for participant unable to join us at the venue for any reasons, such as visa issues, health issues, or other.
Cancellations And Refunds
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail (email@example.com ) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Any cancellation received before 01 September, 2021 will be entitled totally, 01 October, 2021 to 50% refund. Cancellations received after that date will not be refunded. All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, for all notification of cancellation, please make a reference to a bank account, including Swift code, where a possible refund may be remitted fewer bank charges. In the event that a cancellation of a booking is requested, the refund fee will be charged according to the following schedule. All refunds should be made in writing by e-mail (email@example.com) to the congress secretariat. If a change or cancellation made by a participant in registration or accommodation results in a refund, KumGroup reserves the right to charge a 50 EUR handling fee.
No-shows will not qualify for a refund.
Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, KumGroup had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs and all bank charges will be for the registrants’ account
Some conference content will be held on platforms such as Zoom, Vimeo and Go-to-Meeting. We cannot offer refunds or partial refunds to attendees unable to access these platforms due to geographic location or security protocols on the computer in use.
In the event the virtual conference is unable to move forward due to technology issues such as failure of the platform providers, regional or universal power outage, loss of pre-recorded data, etc., the ICoMedS2021 Virtual Conference will be rescheduled at the next available date and time, once the technology failures or issues have been resolved. Refunds will not be issued if the conference does not take place on the original scheduled dates; as stated above the dats will be rescheduled.
E-Poster or E-Oral Presentation Payments will not be refunded.
The organizer reserve the right “in extreme circumstances” to change, postpone the time, meeting venue or go virtual.
All kind of refunds will be processed in the second week, after the completion of the congress.
FQA: (If the conference moves totally to virtual )
Q: If I have already registered for IMedHSC 2021 in Paris, will my registration be transferred to IMedHSC 2021 Virtual?
A: All current registrants have been automatically registered for the 2021 virtual conference. Registration will include full access to contents.
Q: If my abstract gets accepted as a poster, how do I present it?
A: Accepted posters will be placed in e-poster sessions. You will receive all required information on the schedule and guidelines timely from our program management team.
Q: How will I be able to give my presentation or chair a session?
A: You will be able to give your presentation and/or chair a session from the comfort of your home or office. Please make sure to arrange:
- A computer with stable internet connection
- A microphone with good quality
- Latest version of Chrome (Browser)
- A quiet room
- PowerPoint slides (including a Title, Learning Objectives and Disclosure slides)
Most presentations will be pre-recorded. Our team of experts will schedule time to guide you through the process.
Q: Do I need to register to participate as an abstract presenter?
A: Registration is required for all oral and poster presentations.
Q: I have submitted an abstract for the physical IMedHSC 2021, what happens now?
A: You do not need to submit a new version of your abstract. Your submission will be transferred to be reviewed for the virtual conference.
Q: I was invited to speak at IMedHSC 2021 Paris, what will happen with my presentation?
A: You will receive all required information on the schedule and speaker guidelines timely from our program management team.
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after November 01, 2021.
Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found here.
- Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
- KumGroup will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
- Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of KumGroup, including the inability to obtain a visa.

Conditions for the issuance of the invitation letter by the Conference Organizers are as follows:
- Payment of registration fee
In case the embassy requires the original invitation letter, we can arrange two delivery methods:
1) Regular post – free of charge, however, the delivery cannot be guaranteed as there is no way to track the delivery. The organizers shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or failure in delivery.
2) Express delivery service (FedEx, DHL) – the fee shall be covered by the participant in advance, together with the conference fee. The express delivery fee is 30 – 60 EUR, depending on country of delivery. The organizer strongly recommends using the latter as it is faster and enables the delivery to be tracked (using a tracking number).
The invitation letter should be presented at the French embassy in your country in order to receive Visa for the Conference.
Registration fees do not include any kind of insurance.
